You get the cleaning power of a 150 square foot cartridge filter with the energy savings of the Variable Speed Programable Speck Pump. I literally buy the whole Hayward Filter System with all its hoses, clamps, filter base and even the pump, and then pull the pump out and put in this Speck E-71 ll.
You can put this system on any size above ground pool, even the smaller ones. People might say its over kill for like an 18 round or 15 round but honestly I would use it for any size. This pump form factor lines up perfect to the inlet of the Hayward XStream 150 Filter System
This pump can be programmed to turn on and of so no need for a timer. You can dial the speed to what ever you want for flow with out having to run it max out on high. Comes with cord/plug and runs on 115 or 220
